Do not bring your vehicle here. All of the service people are incompetent, have no customer service skills and are just plain rude. Jarrett Brosseau is a disgustingly rude and incompetent employee-the general manager needs to be aware of how these employees are treating customers.
Warning: if you plan to register your car in another province you may run into problems due to the way GSL Bow Tr runs sales through their leasing company. It looks on registration like Leaseco owns the vehicle (I paid cash)and now the DMV in another province wont accept a receipt from GSL - GSL says its not their problem - even though its their paperwork. Now my option is to drive the car back to AB, sell it, and buy from someone more ethical. Keep in mind I have never leased this vehicle...
My general experience with the dealership was a negative one. The staff do not make an effort to help out, and the customers seem to be a secondary priority. I will be conducting my business elsewhere.
The service manager is horrible to deal with. Very rude and unproffessional.
