Bonnie Doon Medical Centre

I have been messaging this clinic a few times now, you think they would at least be polite. Their fax line keeps calling our home phone, last night started at about 1:20am, woke us all up. We are tired of all this nonsense, wish they would listen and take our number off their list!!!!!!

Receptionists are rude and unfriendly. They should learn some business manners especially in the medical business where clients require empathy and recognition of their unfortunate situation. There is a program to help those to learn 'friendliness' in customer service. I advise all staff facing the public to take it.

Even with an appointment, you will wait anywhere from 15 mins to 1 hour. Ridiculous!

Wait time is too long and despite being told it is a 5 minute wait it is always much longer.

Every time I come here I ask for an estimated wait time. And its alas s a lie. Today for example I was informed the it will only be 10-15min. Almost 2 hours later I'm still waiting for a doctor to see me.

Good treatment if you already have a diagnosis but finding the needle in the haystack isn’t their game. I recommend for getting treatment for existing conditions but go somewhere else if you need more than just a prescription. Doctors here are great

Called ahead asking for a prescription, it was for a refill and didn't want to waste the doctors time. Reception suggested I just come walk in as waits were below 20 minutes. I waited almost 2 hours. Doctors are great but would not recommend not having an appointment.

Nice staff and physicans Very clean

Left paper work with "family doctor" he didn't file it or office staff didn't file it. Cost me even more time and money to get those paper work to submit again. It is a very typical doctors office, never great but not terrible. Wish they would be more careful with what their patients gave them, it is personal confidential information, treat it as such!

Didn't wait very long. Didn't have appointments. Gone twice. Got good advice & the right Meds (cured what ailed me Fast). Good experience.
