Solo Liquor Store

Terrible customer service. They may have great flyer prices,but everything else is increased by $5-10, BUYER BEWARE!!

I broke a bottle bottle in the store by accident and it added to my really bad day and the store owner covered it in the store and was so kind. To the other review I just want to say that if you carried the box in the store and it was fine but you left the store and it broke how do they know if you fell and broke it? There is no proof. If in fact the box did break then it becomes a manufacturing problem with the beer and box. Your review is on the wrong company. I love Solo and the prices.

Was there on may 2, 2017. Purchased a 24 corona. The box came apart before I could get to my truck and the handles gave out. I went back inside to tell the guy working to see if you couldn't help me out either give me another case or give me a box or something to put the rest of the unbroken bottles in so I wouldn't have to have a leaking case of beer all over my vehicle. He said it's not my problem and wouldn't help me out at all. I won't be back at that store I will take my business elsewhere.
