They charged me 155 for a 40 dollar part without mentioning there no return policy after purchasing the reasonably priced one online when I went to return it the lady at the desk just pointed at the sign. I recommend checking online or your other appliance stores before Riverside appliances if you don't want to pay 4x what the item is worth and then not be able to return it when you realize. Pretty much was scammed.
Had them out to "repair" my fridge after a leak that damage my floors and the first tech didnt even take the back of my fridge off to check anything, just said it was good and left. Had to get a second one out and he took the back off, but again said that he couldn't find anything wrong. Re did whole main level floors. Fast forward 8 months, pull the fridge out to clean and floors are damaged again. Had a new appliance company out to look at the fridge and they found the leak in 20 minutes. Now
Great customer service. Friendly and helpful! Stayed to ensure the problem was fixed. Even asked that I call them to let them know how the washer works after my next load was done.
Riverside tech just replaced the transmission in our clothes washer.
It was a well done job in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
What pushed my review to 5 stars was the excellent attitude of the technician, real nice guy.
I bought a reconditioned washer and dryer from these people and the first wash the washer had an error code and door locked half way through took and was supposed to be fixed but the next time I used the washer same thing happened waited another week and then they ordered the wrong part waited another week and now the leak was never repaired.Dryer takes up to2 hrs to dry and synthetic clothing will still be damp. a 1100.00 mistake also the 100.00 discount for seniors they said next time ya right
