Shoppers Drug Mart Front Counter - Post Office

BE WARNED I was called a week and one day after I was in emergency. I got a phone call this morning from the pharmacist, saying we got a message from an emergency doctor from last week. I said I was told “when I can in the next day from me being at the emergency that there was no phone messages? I told them he left a message for something else. I wait 55 min later I said where is my prescription. At this time I was told there was no messages. You’re going to harm someone. But it won’t be me

Very disappointed not satisfied with d service they tell me to call me but they not calling im worried about my prescription maybe they mispalce it.

I don't even think they deserve one star. I had an issue with a prescription not being done and I asked one of the techs if I could talk to the head pharmacist or the manager. She refused and then starting to severely disrespect me. Eventually I demanded to talk to the pharmacy manager. She was even ruder. I will write this same review anytime I see that I can. I would highly recommend switching pharmacies.

These people must be too busy painting their finger nails to answer the phone. Unions, useless

This place doesn't deserve even a part of a star. Told to come back in 20. Waited over an hour with not one person in line n watched the girls do nothing. They treat me with disrespect cause they lost my narcotic prescription n my doctor told them how it is n made them look bad. Rightfully so. No apologies. Nothing. They never used to b like this until they screwed up. I'll b going to the head of medical board and letting all doctors n patients know about them. Seeing as I am a volunteer in medical places, I am spreading the word.
