Terrible service. Asked for a winter tire, got there and it was a summer one. Why would I want a summer tire installed in October?? I tried to return the tire after I got my tires installed elsewhere. The owner was a sleaze and wouldn't take the tire back unless I got them installed there. Not impressed!

Started with a phone call for a winter tire. I was told they had one for me. Drove the hour out there to find out it's a summer tire. In a bind I took it and asked for a receipt incase I find the winter tire I need, all I was given was a business card with the size and amount paid, I was told he would take it back no problem.. Fast forward three weeks. I have found the tire I need elsewhere, when I asked for a refund the owner became ignorant and would only offer trade on service. I have my tires installed and he would not offer a refund with restocking fee or anything. I wouldn't send my most hated enemies here for anything. Not to mention you'll have to interrupt them from their personal conversation before you will even be noticed.
I really enjoy dealing with SGTP, they try to go over and above every chance they get and I have outfitted all my vehicles with tires from them. THANKS GUYS for having the best service and awesome prices!!!!

Spruce Grove Tire Plus goes above and beyond for our customers. We have incredibly good deals and do everything we can to help people. Our
business has been thriving since January 2012, simply because of our good service and dedication to customers. When people have take advantage of our good nature, or have needlessly bad attitudes when we are trying to help, we cut off our relationship with them. We had explained to this customer that we had stopped ordering from a certain supplier, so we we no longer capable to get a specific tire for him. We offered our apologies, tried our best to find him a better deal, but he decided not to order. He did not let us know of any problem, and simply left. If he had told us of any inconvieniences we would have done everything we could to help. This review is wholey inaccurate. It is unfortunate to have one unhappy customer, but we have many customers that are happy with how we've helped them.
