I've had no problems with this restaurant up to this point, but today I noticed a small problem with my sandwich and the response I received absolutely took me back.
I politely asked for my sandwich to be fixed (there was a gap between portions), but they attempted to charge me extra to do so.
I remained polite about it and tried to explain what had happened, but was met with a sudden "fine!" and uncomfortable silence when, as always, I said thank you before leaving the store with my sandwich.
