Paper Poet

I had my wedding invitations, save-the-date, and day-of items done by paper poet. I went with a letterpress gold-foil. They did a very cool job of creating a "family crest" combining my and my husbands actual family crests. They were very accommodating with several changes due to COVID delays, and I appreciate the understanding.

Bad service! You have to double check & triple check what you are ordering and when you receive them double check AGAIN or else you're going to be sorry. Even their packed products, the piece count is SHORT! The manager thinks she's always right! I regret ordering my wedding invitations from them. If only we're not pressed for time!

WORST EVER! ZERO STARS WOULD BE MORE ACCURATE!

The service was terrible, & staff uninformed of product. Manager was even worse which explains the poor quality experience from staff. They overcharged for the product, when the error was pointed out to them they (the manager no less) lied about it even after proof of details were provided! In all my years I've never had such a terrible experience with a store and manager. This will be remembered as the worst service experience I've ever had.
