Quality Foods Beban Plaza

Quality Foods is a great place to shop. For the longest time we were buying Chinese food at the Turner Road location, it is the best in Nanaimo. We were really excited to hear that Beban Plaza QF was going to have Chinese food and we waited with drooling breath. What a big disappointment! The prawns were disgusting, the batter was raw inside and the prawns very off color and tasteless. The dry pork ribs were black? Never seen any like that before, they tasted stale. Sorry guys, but . . .

I have been shopping here for over 9 years and I have always found the cashiers to be very friendly and pleasant. The store is clean & the produce is fresh.

Terrible Customer Service

The cashiers are full of attitude and shiftless. The produce is often close to being spoiled. Shopping at Quality Foods in Nanaimo is generally aggravating and not worth the bother.
