I have been to this Hair Studio many times and have 8 different wigs from at least 5 different visits. The owner locks her door for the customer's privacy and safety, as sometimes it is a sensitive matter trying on wigs and sometimes it can get very emotional. She makes appointments for hair fittings as trying on several wigs can take some time and she wants to make sure that you have her undivided attention. I have been dealing with Vivian Biddle for many years since my masectomy. Vivian has always been very kind and helpful making you feel comfortable and at ease. I like that she locks the doors while working with me as it gives me her full attention and no fear of people walking in while I am being fitted. I was given a harsh stare and quite angrily demanded "what do you want?" & I replied that I was hoping to browse the products inside. Apparently this was the wrong word to use because the shopkeep went from acting annoyed to nearly snarling "I don't DO BROWSING! consultations only" - I was utterly shocked at the hostile demeanour being presented here. So obviously I've taken my patronage elsewhere. Please, if you value your peace of mind, cross to the other side of the street. Quickly.
