    STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! A new build! Signed Total’s contract in June (at foundation time). Finally got him to get to the site – November 10th. Couple of weeks he says. Start chasing him again, finally shows November 24th. We walk the build, finalize the runs and changes needed. The VERY NEXT DAY, I get an eMail letter saying they cannot do the job. When we had discussed his guys starting next week when we were face to face. Cowardly, dishonest, deceitful. STAY AWAY!
