Reiki is a hands on technique, combining light energy, controlled breathing, and relaxation. I am a level 4 Reiki Master and Teacher. I am also versed in many modalities and will use Crystal Healing, Aromatherapy or Acupressure as needed to make the most out of your session. Calm body, mind, and spirit.

The experience of Reiki is an individual one and the benefits experienced will uniquely reflect the individuals needs at the time of treatment. In all cases during the session,the Chakra system (our energy body system will be cleansed, aligned and re-balanced, Energy blockages int he Chakra system will be released along with negative energies, toxins and impurities.     I have been going to Teresa for close to 2 years. She has a natural ability to help get you through the obstacles we call fear. She guides you through accepting, bringing you to a place where you can accept and flourish. She gently pushes your boundaries, gives you homework and guides you through the decisions that hold you back. Teresa is a powerful soul and not afraid to take on the challenge. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to open up!

    Amazing! Teresa is very inviting. From the moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed and at home. After my session I felt more open and light. The world looked brighter.
