Hen Long Market

Extremely bad customer service. Today, Jun04, 2021 at 2pm, my mom and I came to this market. My mom wants to use washroom, and I asked the cashier lady in upstairs to open or give me the key of washroom, but she didn't listen. I continue to ask her 6-7 times because my mom is old, over 70 years old, but she always said "door is open".Unfortunately, it's not. Other staff told me to ask her again, but she ignored. She doesn't care about old people. Very bad customer service and no responsibility

Bought a whole Jackfruit for $33 and I cut it after 2 days and found completely rotten. Called the store many times but they never obliged to consider my request for refund or exchange. What a waste of money! Such an expensive fruit and very pricey store!
