Poor service, they were supposed to deliver a package to Forest Grove, but they didnt. So I had to take a 50 km roundtrip to get my parcel. When I asked they said we dont deliver. Well, it is a courier company, isnt it? Really disappointed with their service!

Bev goes out of her way to help people who needs their package she is very pleasant on the phone and goes the extra mile sometime I wonder how she can be so pleasant when some people comes in with a bad attitude.
