Canadian Tire General Store

I dropped of a tire to be repaired and it takes over 24 hours to repair it.

I ordered a bike online a month ago. I called multiple times to confirm the order with no answer. I sent an email and the auto reply was they were too busy to reply.Finally I got through today& they informed me that they stopped taking online orders but they have my bike in stock so I need to call in tomorrow to ask them to hold the bike for me if they have it in made or I need to cancel my order? An hour later I get an email saying my order is cancelled as they no longer have the bike in stock.

I was enormously disappointed to see what is happening at Canadian Tire -- while medical professionals are dangerously low of PPE during the Covid-19 crisis, this store is profiteering by selling needed supplies to the general public at five times the usual cost. Crassly exploiting a public health emergency-- misguided priorities. You have lost this lifelong customer. Shameful.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to counter to cut a key. No one showed up. Very poorly managed store. Lousy service.

The staff here are useless. They could never tell me what aisle somethings in. I have better luck looking things up on the website.
