Colosseo Ristorante Italiano

We were just there yesterday and was served the worst lazagna I have ever tasted. Came out at room temperature, noodles were like paste and extremely over salted. Had 3 bites....WAS SO NASTY GROSS, HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND STRAIGHT TO THE GARBAGE!! Wow...so disappointed!! First time and last time.

Bad Service

I love the pizza at Colosseo. It is a thinner crust pizza with lots of tasty toppings. I only go to this restaurant in the Summer on the patio. I would never go to this restaurant in the Winter. The interior is as dark as a pit and is done up in some sort of Renaissance Italian decor which is off-putting. However, the patio is pleasant and some exterior renovations have been done to the building, which makes the patio a nice place to visit. Great pizza, great patio - the world's worst service. You enter this restaurant's patio from the main restaurant, and are seated and your order is taken quickly. They take your drink order and the drinks and food are delivered in a timely fashion. And then you never see the servers again!! If you wanted a second drink - forget it. When you ask for your bill and you are leaving - you wait for 1/2 hour to get it, if you are lucky. You may have to go into the main restaurant and flag down some waitress and demand your bill. This has happened to me twice in a row. The management of Colosseo seems to think that 2 waitresses on a very large patio can handle all of the customer service. NOT. Although I think that Colosseo has great food, I don't think that I can handle another lunch at this place. It is just too frustrating.

Amazing Seafood Pasta.

The service is amazing here, even on a busy Saturday night. It's a busy atmosphere but still very cozy and comfortable. The Seafood pasta is absolutely amazing, the house white is very good. . Great atmosphere all around. . would recommend for a nice romantic evening or an event with a group of friends.
