took my Dyson in to them in January. they replaced battery and called to say it was fixed. When we arrived to pick it up, the accessories were missing. In their disorganization, they had given them to another customer. Said they would replace. Left vacuum there to wait for replacement of parts. It is now end of March. Not impressed. Will not use again.

My grandmother gave me her 500 year old electrolux vacuum that sort of worked. took it to belleville vacuum and now the old beast works GREAT. they cleaned and polished it too so it also looks great. they even had bags for the old girl.

Customer service was fantastic! I had an issue with house system I already had and they worked with me to get it fixed fast and economically. Very friendly people.

Purchased this C2 cat and dog vacuum in Jan 2016. This unit has never missed a beat. The staff were friendly and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend this company.

They will fix your central vacuum, not just try to sell you a new one!

Have a Dyson and ...

Have a Dyson and my puppy chewed through the cord. (Unplugged thankfully!) I called Dundas Vacuum and they told me that Dyson required "special" tools and that no repair shops would carry those tools. My only choice was the send the vacuum to Dyson for repair. It would have made more sense for me to buy a new vacuum for the cost of shipping! I called Belleville Vacuum and was told that they did indeed have the tools needed and they could do the repair. Only cost me $50! HIGHLY recommend them!!
