Worst Ever Service!

After seeing the good ratings we went to this place two days back. The food is just OK not great. The service is terrible. This was my worst experience in any restaurant anywhere in GTA. We waited almost an hour to get the drinks. The owner guy took 45 minutes to serve three beers and the fourth beer came after another 15 minutes. It took one and a half hours to get the starters. It was cold by that time. This is just a small takeout place. The owner is busy taking orders over phone, billing and delivering the takeout customers who go straight to the counter. He doesn't have the time to serve the food that is ready in kitchen and by the time food reach at your table it is cold. The owner never smiles or greet customers. He has zero social skills. When we complained about the waiting, he stared at us. No reply, no apology!. The food is OK (not great). The quantity is less for the price they charge compared to other Hakka restaurants in this area. I would have given three stars for food if that food was served warm. If you are living close by to this place then it may be OK to have takeout from here one or two times. But NEVER EVER try to dine here.

Outstanding food!!!

Wow!!! Outstanding food, great service, dream restaurant!! Hakka Chinese food was outsatanding!! Chicken manchurian, Chicken Fried Rice, Chili Chicken, ...Wow!!! Heaven on earth!! I always overeat at Dalchini, but what can I do? The food makes me hungry and then I totally lose control! They play desi TV channels on their TV and time flies when you are watching Bollywood and eating at Dalchini!!

i must say that dalchini is the best hakka chinese restaurant in GTA. Great service, friendly staff and delicious food. price is also very reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed at dalchini and planning to visit again very soon.
