High Class Cleaners

Worst place, do not trust them with your clothes. I gave in one of my expensive sweaters for dry cleaning. It came back shrunk and all the threads coming out, it was a white over sized sweater and now it is beige. The owner had the nerve to tell me that it cannot shrink and that just return it and say it came damaged. I told them I don’t do these types of frauds and that I don’t even want the money just order a new one and cover the cost.

Worst place to go to fix zippers. I had a big parka that had some zipper issues. I bought it to this location. The zipper became broken in less than a week. Brought it back the second time the zipper broke again within a month . Had my mother bring it to her friend to fix it. The cleaner said the person who stitched on the zipper did it crooked and it was the incorrect zipper for the size of the jacket. I do not recommend this store at all to anyone .

They damaged my suede quilt by washing it like normal clothing, they then refused to do anything about it.

Worst customer service, not only did the worker scream at her customers but her sister, who sat behind the register and claimed to not be apart of the business, also were screaming at the customers. They both were clearly stating that children have no part being there. Are extremely racist, as when we were unsatisfied by their work when they lost the suit and were questioning them, they said "this isn't India", even though I am born in Canada and lived here as long as I can remember.
