Our specialty is prototypes and short-runs, however we have the capacity to manufacture springs from one piece up to production-run volumes. Our highly trained staff will work closely with you to design and manufacture a spring to your exact specifications. We have the technical capabilities, expertise, equipment, and skilled staff required to manufacture all kinds of springs including Compression, Extension, Square Wire, Torsion, Double Torsions, Wire Forms & Flat Forms.

    The best spring manufacturer in Canada! Able to beat the local guys on pricing and quality. OmniCoil helped us to optimize our spring design and delivered a consistent coil spring that powered our product perfectly! Highly recommended

    OmniCoil Spring Works recently helped up design a custom compression spring for a specific application. They made a prototype for us. Then, once we approved it, they manufactured a full production run and delivered on time at a fair price. Matt was a pleasure to work with. We will be back anytime we need a spring!
