I'm glad to say that this restaurant may be the first of many All-you-can-eat sushi restaurants to actually get the formula correct! Delicious food, Friendly staff, inviting and clean dining area, speedy service, and at an affordable price. This is a devastating combination for success and a welcome change to the other restaurants that are lacking in some areas.
Food:
Possibly the greatest Spider roll I've had, and as much as my heart could handle! Each subsequent order was more delicious than the last. The liberal of soft-shell crab managed to stay crunch when surrounded by the avocado, the cucumber and the sauce. The tuna sushi was a thing of beauty. The lightly flavoured tuna followed by a perfectly tempered lump of rice magically dissolved on your tongue. I can go on and on about the food, but that would make this review unreadable. Practically every dish was superb. The ones that weren't the greatest were still enjoyable by some standard.
Service:
Very very accommodating. They were able to give us sampler portions of stuff we would normally be too full to finish. We were informed that this was encouraged. Service was very fast and friendly. Our table was cleared multiple times over even when the restaurant was busy.
I would love to keep coming back if the restaurant could stay as consistent as to what I experienced tonight!
