To give this company a 1 star review is a slap in the face to every tenant who's ever had to deal with them. This company aggressively attacks & threatens legal action if questioned. Tenants have the right to know the condo corp. by-laws, rules & regulations, etc. A blind eye is turned for some & an iron fist held on others. This company is the definition of business discrimination and unprofessionalism in the condo corp. management world. Needless to say - DO NOT HIRE! STEER CLEAR!

I cringe to think that I have to give this company even one star. They are not been easy to deal with, very unfriendly and unprofessional. They have cost me lots of money of the years and do what they want and how and do not care about the unit owners/renters at the property. Poor upkeep of the complex. Very argumentative and forceful.

Terrible communication skills.
