Astro Taxi Co-Op

This is the worst taxi company I have ever used. I left my phone in one of the taxis. They called me and said that they have my phone and wont give it back. He said that if I dont give him money he will not give me my phone. I called the company and they said there is nothing they can do about it. Horrible people!

Want your driver to make sexual advances at you? Lock the back doors of his car so that you have to sit in the front? Drop you off at the wrong location? Make you wait 20 minutes to pay for your fare over the phone because their machine is broken even though you called ahead and told them you wanted to pay by card? this is the taxi service for you! WORST taxi service ive ever used! Take the bus or walk, your safer and its more reliable.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. The cab driver almost got into 2 car accidents in the 30 minute drive we had to the airport. He refused to put the heater on in the car and he over charged us. Before booking the taxi we asked the cost, the person on the phone said 40$, we then asked what form of payment the taxi accepted he assured us they accept all methods of payment. When we arrived to the destination, he charged us $55. And told us he will only accept cash.

Very good service very fast clean cars

Arranged for a town car and received a taxi. Arranged a flat fee, charged by meter. asked if we can pay by Mastercard & they said yes, driver said no. Had to drive arpund looking for a bank machine which increased our cost.

Needed an emergency ride, called Astro taxi, it never showed up...
