She holds a certification in Age Management Medicine from the Cenegenics Institute in Las Vegas since 2007. If you are a non-practicing physician capable of diagnosing and addressing your own health issues and only need a valid signature for your prescriptions, Machat is for you. Want someone with genuine care and compassion? It's not Dr. Machat. Knowledgeable, capable staff? Not here. Punctuality? Never. Appropriate follow-ups? No. But she does have a thriving side practice offering Botox etc. which she clearly devotes most of her attention to. Advice: If you value your health find another physician.
