FedEx Ship Centre

Was happy until day of delivery. Was home all day, no attempt was made, no door tag. But I have to travel over an hour to get my package.

Please DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR YOUR SHIPMENTS. This company clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. I paid for express shipping (1-2 business days) and 6 days has passed. today I got a notification saying my package was going to be delivered before the end of the day, and I just got a call saying that I have to pick in a shipping facility 1h away from my place. when I went to my box mailI found a note saying they couldn’t reach me at my apartment, even though I left a note saying I was home.

they promise to deliver the package yesterday October 16, 2020 but nobody calls nobody text that day no package and I was just at the apartment the whole day, and when the evening comes a computer-generated call advised me that my package is for pick-up. That s not fair I paid for my delivery fee in exchange for FedEx promised that they will deliver the package at my doorstep.

FedEx is the worst company of delivering packages which the driver he comes to my place not even stepped in to the ground and not only once couple times...

Terrible. Avoid FedEx. Driver didn't deliver package two days in a row then brought my package to a location that's 1h away from my delivery address? There's a FedEx pickup location down the street. These people don't care about giving you a good customer experience.
