Gem Movers

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrible - Hidden fees. Quoted for 2 hours- work was done in 1.45/hr but they refused to open the truck until I paid cash for 4 hours. The men stood around as I ran up and down the stairs with my furniture. They couldnt drive their truck- they drove all over my front lawn and a tree. I noticed the men looking through my bags! Tony also yelled at me on the phone, swearing in his language (not English) calling me names and being cruel.

The movers were very professional ,fast and very nice guys.when the guys arrived at my house i was immediately impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude.they assessed the home contents and promptly started wrapping the furniture and moving to truck . me and my wife estimated that it will take good six hours job but just four hours by the movers .they were very cautious and careful. couldnt have had a better experience

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 2 movers sent by Tony did an excellent job. They even give me a student discount. Thank you guys.

Extremely unprofessional, and took advantage of the vulnerability of young women being dependent on moving day to charge unconsensupl fees. The worst moving experience Ive ever had, and Ive moved 10+ times or the past 8 years. I was charged $200 more than I consented to after they put the wrote the wrong address, and charged me for the time it took them to get to the address they wrote down wrong. Stopped communicating with me, did not provide me with a breakdown of the moving service. Betw

This is the worst moving company I have EVER used. Stay away!! We paid for 6 hours of service and they took off an hour early promising to send another truck. I called them and then they say that they’ve got no trucks available and to top it off they HUNG UP ON ME. It’s been hours and they’ve left us mid move high and dry. Never mind the damage made to our brand new house. DO NOT USE THEM!
