Had a great time there tonight. Had our whole hockey team in and they did a great job making sure we were well taken care of. The thing that impressed me was my steak was cooked right and was a really good cut of meat. The servers we had were very nice and paid us good attention. We will be going back

One of the Worst Experiences in Hamilton...

This spot is one of the more popular for the university student population in the area. Their karaoke night on Tuesday is particularly popular. It is known as a sports bar, however when stepping in expecting to see any of the games on television you will instead be treated to most of them featuring the local news, or the abysmal TSN Sportscentre. If you dare to ask them to change to a game that is on, they will promptly inform you that they are extremely busy (no matter how dead the place is) and they will take about 15-20 minutes fumbling around to get the game you requested on a television that will likely be far away from you. The owner/manager, a bald heavy set fellow, is equally as rude and ignorant as his staff, and it reflects on the restaurant itself. The food is what you will usually be given at any Boston Pizza location; overpriced and barely adequate. For those expecting a good experience when watching a basketball, football, or hockey game. Look someplace else. You will be treated poorly and the service will be slow (I went with a group before and was serviced a total of 2 times within a three hour period). If you want a sports bar that will treat you with respect as a paying costumer, please go somewhere else.

Not very good

The food prices are going up, but the quality of the food is drastically declining. The chicken in the pasta is very low quality (very spongey and flavourless). Staff is friendly, but food often arrives cold. It's not horrible, but it's definately not worth the price it costs now. $14 for pasta, $13 for wrap.

THE food was quite tasty... i ordered the steak sandwich and was not expecting it to come open-face but it was good. The garlic bread it came atop really complimented the steak. The only problem with the steak was that it was not cut evenly and the first half of it was a perfect med-rare like i ordered and the other half was completely rare. Too rare for my liking. We also ordered the bbq chicken pizza and it did not disappoint us. The crust was crispy... pizza was awesome. My husband rated his cajun rice bowl only a 5 out of 10. Our waitress was ok... nothing to write home about. Christa was her name. I found the music a bit too loud (difficult to hear my hubby talk). And the place was kinda cold inside... i don't like eating with my jacket on...
