Very unprofessional business practices. You never know who you're being rude to - be mindful of that. Wasted my time. It looks like I am not alone in commenting on the rude practices of this business.
Something has changed with this place. Service was dreadful, food was mediocre, and the place was virtually empty during the peak lunch hour. From 12:30 till 2:00 pm there were only eight people in the place and only one waitress. From the time we ordered the wings, it took 35 minutes for them to arrive, and another 25 minites after that to get lunch.
Wings were overcooked and not all that tasty, The Philly Cheese steak sandwiches were dry and a little tough. Sad to say that the cole slaw side was the best part of the meal. Definitely won't be back.
You'd think a place like this would have good wings, but they don't. I wouldn't order the wings again, I've had much better elsewhere. There aren't too many options on their menu, but I think they use other marketing to attract their customers than a good menu. Kind of pricey.

This was the worst food that I have ever had in a restaurant and I have eaten out a lot! If you go here, do not order the wings. They are so greasy and tasteless! They were not breaded and had no sauce on them. When I asked for some sauce, they brought out this stuff that had the same texture as shortening! YUCK!!! The chicken fingers and deep fried shrimp were a slight bit better but not much! The service was pretty good though. Our waitress was very nice.

Generally not to satisfied. We went with a group of guys for the second time, and likely the last. The wings are nothing special and you can certainly get better ones elsewhere. The waitstaff aren't all that good at their jobs. After this experience, we have found other locations to hit.

I do remember the service was VERY slow ... and maybe 2 other people were in there seeing as it was lunch time. The food was not worth the money, would have much rather dined somewhere else than trying hooters out. The girls were not very polite, which made us feel a little uncomfortable! Wouldn't dine at hooters again.
The wings were pathetic. Cold, almost burnt on the outside and PINK on the inside. I just happened to notice when I walked by the Bar to go to the restroom that the raw veggies were kept in an open dish pan on a open shelf 4" from the floor. Needless to say, I didn't touch the remainder of my meal. Never, yes I said NEVER will I be back!!
Food was great, I had wings which there known for. Service could have been faster, but when the hooter girl (zee) did get to me, she was great. I will be back again
Great place to go for Wings, Burgers, and Beer. Because thats what they serve. Been to many Hooters restaurants (Toronto, Myrtle Beach, Florida) and this one ranks right up there, in service as well as the servers. Great job ladies keep up the outstanding work. Will I be back..... anytime I can.

My friends and I went to Hooters hoping that the atmosphere would be lively and fun, but we were quite disappointed. Our waitress was not friendly and she did not know the menu very well. She seemed lost. It took awhile for our food to come out even though there were very few customers at the time. The workers were enthusiastic while talking to everyone else but they were not like that with us. I believe we got bad service from them because we're teenaged girls and they assumed we wouldn't tip as well as male customers.
