Food was ok, no bathroom facilities for disabled, staff do not wear hair nets, had to ask for our soda that was complimentary with fish & chip supper

I'll only order take out. I used to go there...

I'll only order take out. I used to go there during my lunch break at school for a quick poutine with friends. We had trouble getting our drinks freshened. The food took a long time to be ready (Poutines were all we would get). We always seemed to get a cold shoulder when we walked in and it seemed as if our presences was a burden for the restaurant. I regret ever tipping now.

This was my second time this year, the first time...

This was my second time this year, the first time I made the mistake of going on Good Friday. The place was packed, and the takeout line was out the door. Basically, what that means is the fryers were working overtime and the batter wasn't 100%. However, it was still fantastic, and it probably some of the best fish & chips I've had in Canada. The staff makes a big deal out of the deep fried mars bar, faking that they have none in stock, but... oh... they'll make one especially for you. They've made one 'especially for me' 3 times now. Oh well. Very highly recommended.
