TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS. i saw a beautiful red leather couch on kijiji with their ads. bought it had it delivered the couch comes wit a 1 year warranty. i had the couch one night. then quickly notice the paint was already wearing off at some spots. called the owner. he told me he would contact the manufacturer to have it replaced. a week later. the tilting headrest where not working properly. contacted again. calls ignored and got hang ups. contacted better business bureau
