They're friendly ...

They're friendly but whatever I take my 2013 car in for, they come back with 20 more procedures they "recommend." This time many had been done at a different dealership, so they were recommending them unnecessarily. Even after they took those off, what they "recommended" cost $500 and then they said "well, if you only do one thing, it should be ..." I don't know cars, and I have a long trip coming up, so I gave in. Fuel injector service, $200, which I find out later is rarely needed. EVERY TIME.
