After hearing so much hype about the ribs at Camp...
After hearing so much hype about the ribs at Camp 31 I was disapponted in the end. The staff was useless and took no initiative to be helpful at all. The ribs were less then steller and I reccomend only trying them at the traveling rib fests that go from city to city. It was a meaty rib but I have had much better.
The food was really great! The service was horrible, waited to be seated, as sign stated, ended up seating ourselves, mind you there were only 2 other families in the restaurant. Then had to grab someone's attention to place our order. Order was slow......still only 2 other families in the place, one family received special attention: they knew the waitress and they were sitting right in front of our table, and we still were forgotten about; however, they were quick with the bill....I would only go back because the bbq is very good and back home, which is down south, the bbq tastes just like it.
