We have been independently owned and operated in the Peterborough community for over 40 years, and have been at our current location on McDonnel Street since 1986.

Our friendly, professional staff have over 85 years of combined experience in the transmission field! We do not pay franchise royalty fees and are therefore able to pass the savings on to YOU, the customer. We know how important your vehicle is to you, so we fix it promptly and properly. We are happy to offer both a written guarantee and a 2 year warranty on most vehicles, so you can have peace of mind while our mechanics complete all repairs.     Very friendly and honest service. They let me know what was wrong, how to fix and and how much it would cost. During repair they found another issue and called me right away, discussed options and gave me the choice to proceed! You don't find that everywhere. They will be my choice from now on

    This is by far the worst shop I have ever been too. They charged me over 600 dollars to tell me what was wrong with my transmission then hit me with a bill of almost $4000 once my transmission was apart and on their bench. 2 days after the rebuild my transmission broke down when I was on the 401 and I had to get towed back to Peterborough at my expense. 3 years later my transmission needs another rebuild. The individual at the front desk is also a treat to deal with (Sarcasm). Don't go here!!
