About 5 weeks ago we went to this location to buy a stove. We chose a stove that was not in stock and ordered it. When it was delivered to our home, it was damaged. It seemed as it had been dropped. One side the stainless steel siding was damaged and the rear on the other side there was a gap. The top left was stained, The same day it was delivered we went back to customer service. We were offered to get it fixed...after much back and forth, Sabrina suggested we go elsewhere. bad treatme

DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!they are all liars.after they get the money, they don’t care about the customer sevice.and the quantity of the furnitures are terrible.donot buy from them please !

The worst experience and store service I have ever received. They delivered a sectional and caused 600 dollars damage to my house. They don't return phone calls and refuse to help in anyway. Warning it is worth the trip to another store. Newmarket Leons have always gave excellent professional service.
