Negative millions stars. I would never do business with them. Not as in being a customer. I mean any manufacturer or supplier should stay away from this company. Ran away with me and my wife's money. I guess they filed for bankruptcy which I should feel bad for, but I really do not. STAY AWAY IF YOU LIKE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.

I paid in full for my order 3.5 weeks ago. I was told to call after 3 weeks to coordinate delivery. I have called many times but no answer and no voice Mail to leave a message. I sent four email messages and no response. I beginning to feel like I’ve just been ripped off!

There are many issues with the attitude of those AFTER the sale is made. The last draw was their rounding up the last invoice by a lousy 99 cents. It doesn't break me but certainly irks me. Why do they treat the customers like they do? I suppose it is because they really do not care.

The store owners don’t have heart at all. I told them to come and pick up the wrong item that they delivered and until now…..how many days still laying here. Its on our way coz we are treating bed bugs….ITS ON OUR WAY. We don’t have storage…. We live in an apartment where there’s no much space. They even have balls to ask me to take to their store… what kind of people they’re. They made a mistake and keep on making mistake. I wish i have a car n just throw this item in their store.

Never trust tthis store they are liar avoid buying anything from them . Boycott this store . I bought furniture from this store they delivered to my place .when i opened the box it was all over damage on it .and they didn’t replace them

Never trust this seller. They are liar. Once you paid they will offer you to deliver an item that you didn't chose. They don't deliver on time. Bad quality.

Do not waste your time and money here. They do not deliver what you choose. Still waiting for our dining table to be delievered.

This is literally the worst store I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Super unprofessional, showed us one product and delivered something else. Did not deliver on time either. Had to go into store to complain and they would not fix the mistake that they made. Owner actually yelled at me and got verbally violent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are nice until the money is in their pocket.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Be aware! the deals are scam as delivered items will be damaged or broken! The delivery method is poor and the customer service is terrible. They delivered a broken vanity to me and they are not accepting a return or an exchange. I am going to file a complaint through the CPO (Consumer Protection Ontario). I suggest you do the same.

If i could i would not even give them 1 star- worse customer experienc. Had purchased few furniture form here, Dining table and chairs, A hutch and a mattress- after paying advance money- had to call up many times for them to have the furniture delivere- all they do is promise but dont keep those promised- the chair was broken when they delivered and wanted it replaced- they couldn' and said they will fix it- we had to go and pick up ourselves- the HUTCH IS TEARING APART- DO NOT GO HERE- PLEASE

I wish I can give them ZERO star. I don’t understand how in a place like Canada stores like this exist. 3 words to describe them would scammers, liars, disrespectful. Right after you pay they swear at you because you asked why they didn’t write everything on the receipt and kicks you out. HORRIBLE customer service. Awful behaviour. Stay away. Bought a Sectional which i was told would take 2 weeks to deliver. when i called them it was only attitude on the phone. they tried to give me the floor model when we paid for a new set. its been over 1 month for them to finally agree to order a new couch.

Moved to Toronto 3 years ago. Have moved 3 different times. Bought furniture from R K Furniture house each time. Nitish (Nick) is not only a close friend of mine but an excellent sales rep. He is able to understand my needs and recommends only the best for me. Definitely recommend this store and Nitish as your go to contact! NOTE: I found it is best to confirm your delivery ahead of hand or on the day of to minimize any miscommunication or miss-scheduling.

Never buy anything from this store, the after sell customer service is really bad and deliver wrong product and the quality of the product is poor, have been following up to fix a bed they sold to me since a while. I would say DON'T buy anything from this store, in general avoid furniture store on Kennedy road, they give you a good offer but there is no guarantee that you will get the right product.
