Cut hole in frame of vehicle and cut frame of vehicle...brought to another shop and they said not safe to drive on highway and the front end was "mickey moussed together"
Only time a hole would be cut, is if welded nut inside frame broke free. Would definitely be closed up and welded properly .i would have hoped if you were not completely satisfied, that you would have returned to have the problem rectified.
