Nightmare alterations

I had a zipper put in my skirt, and the zipper was put in crookedly, where the top sides of the back of my skirt did not meet. I showed the woman, and she said she could fix it. I picked it up today, and she put a latch on top of the zipper. I paid her $16.95 and left. I tried the skirt on at home, and the latch was put on backwards! I had to cut the latch off in order to do my skirt up. Also, because the zipper wasn't put in straight, the front of my skirt is longer than the back now.
