Shouldn't be dealing with the public
Seven months after my daughters' pictures were taken, when I had still not been given a call letting me know if they were ready, I called the studio to inquire. I was literally screamed at by Mrs. Bogner. She screamed every personal problem she had going on in her life at the moment at me...facts that had nothing to do with my photos not being done after seven months. When she was done screaming at me, she hung up on me. I still have never received an apology. Two months, and two visits to the studio later (one of which, my husband overheard Mrs. Bogner screaming at her husband, unaware a customer had arrived), we finally received our pictures..and they're distorted, and photoshopped. I will never deal with this studio again. I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional as Mrs. Bogner. She should not be dealing with the public, if she can not keep her temper in check.
