Working as a team, you will improve your mental and emotional well-being by identifying and addressing your psychological challenges by using various techniques, i.e., Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), TEAM-CBT, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT Therapy (TF-CBT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
