Cannot Fulfil a SIMPLE Order
On Sunday April 17,2011 I had an order placed and in hindsight it's always good to check the food before paying. A simple cheese pizza that was received was overcooked and burnt.. It"s obvious no care was exercised. I called customer service and was told it would be replaced free of charge (no thanks don't want any certain extra toppings) or 50% off the next order.I had responded if the CSR would serve a burnt pizza to her kids and that they will get 0% of my next order. This had happened before on a Sunday a month ago but with this offense repeating again I felt compelled to share this experience with anyone who may be looking for a good pizza. Pizzaville in general is good, but don't expect any care or quality from this location.
