Part children's shop and part café, La Culotte à l’Envers is a neighbourhood shop that's perfect for parents and kids. In March 2012, sisters Johanna and Barbara Vyncke opened the store in an effort to fill a need with which they both had experience.
"When we had our business idea we wanted to be more than just a shop," says Barbara. "We didn't want to only take from the community, we wanted to give back. That's why we had the idea of combining a coffee shop and a boutique."
The café space is where the community can gather and where all kinds of family-friendly activities are offered, such as music appreciation, weaning and infant massage.
La Culotte à l'Envers is a quaint neighbourhood boutique located in the heart of Rosemont in Montreal, featuring Quebecois and European clothing for children up to 10 years of age. Come by and enjoy a coffee in the boutique’s café while your child plays or participates in one of the many available activities and workshops. In addition to being a clothing store, La Culotte is on a social mission to contribute to the community any way it can by helping young families.
