Stop by La Folie du Koshary if you're a fan of Egyptian Cuisine. The falafel, called Taamia, is made with fava beans rather than chickpeas and comes at a very reasonable price. The restaurant is even styled after traditional restaurants in Cairo. It doesn't get more authentic than this!
