Bad Service Experience
Our appointment was at 8:30am at CDL laboratory, and we arrived 10min before our appointment to fill up the form. The technician arrived late at 8:45, she came in and said hi to the receptionists then proposed them to buy chocolate for her daughter. Once inside the check-up room, there were a lot of 2D and 3D photos on the wall, so my husband asked the technician what were all those pictures and what were the differences, and what can we get. She cut him short and just replied: "I will tell you all eventually." Therefore, we had our normal ultrasound screening. She gave us only 2D photos, we weren't asked to choose between one or the other. Because we were so excited at that moment from seeing our baby for the first time, we forgot to ask again how come that is all we can get, and so she never told us about any other options that we could get. A couples of weeks later, we heard from people that we could have gotten a recording on a CD to watch our baby's movements at the moment of the echo screening or have 3D pictures in colors (in some place, it's included in the same price as we paid here, while in some other, you would have to pay a little extra). We called back for having the copy since it's supposed to be recorded and saved in their computer as a record in case there is a need to check back for any problem. But they told us that it was too late and there is nothing they could do since they already erased the file. I told them that since it's not me who did a mistake, could I just come back and pay the extra just to have another screening and put it on the CD without any test - no excuse from them or anything, just "yeah, it's too late, we can't do that".
