very bad customer service wrong part received called email tryed chat. They never got back to me

Ordered parts. got paypal reciept for payment, but no confirmation from MTL. Read reviews and saw that google said the building is permanenly closed. Sent them three messages. No response. Started a complaint with Paypal. Then my Parts arrived after three weeks. So....They may or may not be still in buisness online... But either way, theres no customer service. and judging from other reviews whether you will get your part or not is a crap-shoot.

I ordered a part. Order went through and I paid by Paypal. No communication after that from company to confirm order. eMailed to ask for confirmation. No answer. Tried to call - get recording saying phones will not be working for next three days. Paypal bill said I had paid a different company - crossdrilledrotors. Might be same company, but who knows? emailed crossdrilled rotors. No answer. May be time to have Paypal reverse charge.

Provided make,model, year, serial#,etc. and ordered brake parts from this company. They sent the wrong pads and then they would not respond to any of my emails,phone calls,etc. to exchange the parts for the correct ones. I had to submit a PayPal claim to get any kind of response from this company and am still trying to get my money back after three (3) months!

Ordered parts which delivered quickly and the prices were great! One part had a fault and they sent me a replacement right away with no charge. Very good company to deal with and quick service I would definitely recommend this retailer.

Excellent customer service, very competitive price

I just want to strongly commend MTL for the wonderful service i received when purchasing my brakes for my honda civic. I made a little mistake when shopping online, and one of there agents took the time to call me to go over my order to make sure i had ordered the right parts. as it turned out i hadn't, so they saved me even more money and time! I would strongly recommend MTL, and even if they were more expensive i would still buy from them bc of their amazing service!
