Salon Manila

went to colour my hair, paid 70$ and after 1 week (2 washes) I noticed that the colour is starting to fade and becoming uneven, I had patches of lighter and darker areas all over my hair. When I went back to the salon, hoping to receive a high quality service and get my colour corrected the same lady which is the owner wanted to charge me another 25$ to fix the work she herself did! So she did a poor job the first place and now I was suppose to pay her extra to fix it?!?!
