Taxi V-S Inc

The dispatchers are the worst at this company. I called for a taxi and asked how long it would be and they don't give a straight answer and just talk over me and say thank you to try and hang up. Then today I call to get a taxi 20 minutes from my arrival at a bus terminus and I end up being a few minutes late. I beg the lady to make the taxi wait because it's minus 20 outside and there's no heated shelter. She says no I have to call another taxi and I can't tell you how long and hangs up.

Service inacceptable! J’ai téléphoné 12 heures d’avance pour m’assurer que le taxi arrive à l’heure et n’est j’amais arrivé. J’ai recu un appell du service pour me faire dire que j’avais appeler entre deux quarts de travail. Ne faites pas affaire avec Taxi V S !!!

I just had a ride from them, the driver was punctual, very nice and friendly. Such a nice, reliable company.

I called this morning for a taxi,It came in 4 minutes in Dorion, Went to Montreal the driver was responsible,asked me what route to take did not take the milk route, and the car was relatively clean.
