We stumbled upon this cafe while shoppping at the downtown boutiques. What a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. Our lunch was very tasty and the organic coffee was exceptional. I'll be visiting Nanaimo again soon and will definately be dropping in. OMG ......... Nanaimo Bars!!!

The Burgers here are great! And the service is so friendly, makes you want to come back again and again. I really have only good things to say about the Arbutus cafe. This place has been a downtown landmark for as long as I can remember and the food is good old fashioned real comfort type food.
