Enjoyed the food immensely, and the service was excellent. Ambience left a little to be desired, but I don't need fancy! Was expecting to pay more than I did, so that's always a bonus! Try this place out! Read more

I was wary to visit this place from the previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! They've done renovations as well as changed their menu. It has been for the better! Our server, George, although new to the restaurant (starting one week prior) was very knowledgeable. I ask as many questions as possible, and I'm glad he could answer most, others he would go to the kitchen to ask any he did not know. One important question was where they source their beef, I was told it is all Ontario beef which pleased me. The Beef Carpaccio was nice, as well as the Beef Wellington. Not the most traditional way to create the dish, but it was still tasty. The pork was nice, although the apple-bacon compote may have been a bit over-the-top on bacon. The Lamb chop was crusted nicely and was done VERY evenly. The dessert was something else. Homemade marshmallows, homemade graham cookies, caramel sauce, and milk chocolate sauce. The marshmallows were on sticks and you have your own campfire that comes along with it. Very novel, very exciting, and the smell of the fire was very close to a campfire. All in all, a good visit. Great restaurant with a friendly staff. The food tasted fresh and was arranged on the plate with an appetizing style. Arguably the best chicken on a pita I've ever had. The pita was thin and pliable instead of overly thick. I liked how the chicken and other toppings were spilling forth from the pita like a cornucopia. The pineapple slices and the different spices went surprisingly well together. Clean interior with plenty of parking around the building. I look forward to returning and sampling more of their menu in the future. Truly a great place. Read more

Restaurants in Burlington Central High School Burlington ON

Dining out to a new restaurant is always a gamble. Am I going to have a good time? Is the food any good? How does this restaurant rate? Before you base your choice on the menu plastered outside of the restaurant window or from someone you just met off the street, here are some simple tips to guide your stomach to the best restaurants.

Tips on how to find restaurants in Burlington Central High School Burlington ON

  • Restaurant reviews: Online and newspaper restaurant reviews in the food or lifestyle section are your best asset when trying to find top restaurants in your area. Most reviews rate the restaurant by atmosphere, portion size, price and service. These independent restaurant reviewers have no one to please but their finicky tastes.
  • The concierge always knows: If you are travelling in Burlington Central High School Burlington ON, your hotel’s concierge or hotel staff will be able to find restaurants that suit your taste buds and budget. Are you looking for something ethnic, local or for a fine dining experience? The concierge will be able to lead you in the right direction and even place a reservation for you or place a takeout order if dealing with delivery restaurants.
  • Call ahead: If you have specific dietary needs, food allergies or need to host a large party, call the restaurant of your choice ahead of time and be specific. You don’t want to ruin your evening dining out because the restaurant didn’t have a highchair for little Tommy.
  • Ask the neighbourhood: Most local food and wine vendors deal directly with the restaurants in your neighbourhood. Ask them about the restaurants they deal with and the kinds of meals they serve.
  • Sense of adventure: Your nose is your best tool when out to find
restaurants in your neighbourhood. If you smell something delicious coming from a restaurant, follow your nose and discover a new place to add to your list – make your own review and keep a list for future reference.
