I have given the Kelsey's chain more chances than I should have. Regardless of what city we are in the service is hideous. I have been/seen groups/individuals ignored upon arrival (for 15 minutes until they walk out!) while waiting for menus, while waiting for food, forget drink refills. The only reason I gave them any points is their provolone stick (rather than standard mozzorella) are AWESOME-- and occational cravings suck me back in. alas.

We have been here a few times. The food when you get it is good. The service is veryyyyyyyyy slow. The portions are ok, the prices averaqe. It took over 1 hour to get our food which was nothing to difficult to cook, chicken, & sandwiches. We had to chase down our waiter(who was also the bartender)to get our bill which in the end was wrong anyways. Not sure when/if we will return or not. To many other great places to go to.

Well were do I start. When ordering the all you can eat ribs we were never told that there were different fees for the different kinds of ribs. We got chared for every ice tea that the waiter brought us (we never asked for the drinks) We figured that they were free refills when he just kept bringing them. Also they sat us right beside the kitchen and i think we were the only people in there. I'll never go back again our bill for ribs and a sandwhich was over $50.00

The service was terrible and the food was mediocre at best. The wait time was absolutely horrid even though there was only one other couple in the restaurant.

I agree that I have given Kelsey's restaurants a try to many times. The service is awful, the food is never enough for what you pay. My husband and I haven't been in one since this last time and we will never step foot in one again.
