Our server was fantastic. She was unbelievably attentive without being annoying. The chicken stir-fry was absolutley delicious. My husband enjoyed his fish. The wine list is short but then again this is a pub style place but I was satisfied anyway. Wonderful treat.

Despite the "angus" hype, my cheeseburger was excessively charred on the outside even though the cheese tried to cover it up. It really had a carbon crust on it!!!! Skip the "Alberta-beef schtick" and just give me a big juicy burger instead. The wings were indeed hot just as promised, but again - a little dry & overcooked. Again, the sauce "almost" seemed to cover it up. The Beer was cold, the place was Clean and the service was merely decent enough service. But the food and price simply doesn't add up at all. Guelph desperately needs a sports bar that actually serves good food WITHOUT the downtown hoodlums. Be warned - it's actually located by the old Pergola Golf Course so it's actually quite a drive down the most southern part of the city. Regardless, I'll probably return for lack of a real sports bar alternative. It's not promising when a sports bar drops the ball on burgers and wings. But I'll give the rest of the menu a try anyway. On paper, it seems like a vast improvement from the old Shoeless Joes menu. I just hope they aren't "over-reaching" too much.

Ordered the sandwich as recommended by one of the co-workers. It also include choice of salad and fries on the side. Order arrived in a timingly manner. I guess it's for lunch, so salad and sandwich came on the same plate. However the toasted bread in the sandwich is way to hard to chew on. Everything else is good. Will try different dish next time.

The sandwich was very good. The pesto Mayo great with the fries and the chicken was cooked well and complimented nicely with the bruschetta topping. The food was ofcourse nicely rounded out with a pint of Rickard's Red.
